but this time of the year when we have free weekends, we tend to enjoy our hobbies. Don't take me wrong, I am looking forward to documenting everyone's happy moments soon, but for now it is horse riding, walking the dogs, knitting, crafting, cooking, and spending time with friends and family - while taking photos of everything :).
If you scroll far enough in posts, you will find a post about my grandmother and her influence. As I lost my other grandmother last week, I couldn't help but laugh about how she hated kitchen stuff for presents at Christmas. She probably would not understand my excitement when I unwrapped my beautiful Empire Red Kitchen Aid this year - something I have been wishing for a long time. I have been putting it to good use. Jen was right when she said I would be using it at least twice a week.
Have a wonderful winter and enjoy everyone around you and the things you love.
Happy 2012

When you can't fit into your pants, you are not allowed to blame either Mike or me! Everything looks amazing, and I'm so glad that you're enjoying spending some time in the kitchen with your new friend. :)
